Our team

Marlyse Blihovde - Principal

Marlyse Blihovde, received her law degree in Lima Peru and soon after  immigrated to Minneapolis Minnesota.  Marlyse worked in various industries and non-profit organizations and at night took advanced classes to receive her MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.   Marlyse has over 10 years experience in management roles within Human Resource Support across different sectors. She is an expert in engaging front line labor  particularly in the Hispanic community.  Marlyse engages these front line workers and sets up programs to build the employees confidence, enhance their learning, and develop their skills within their role. The outcomes for the employees are a new sense of purpose and motivation.  After the consultation, many front line employees are promoted from within further increasing the employee's outlook and self worth.

When I first moved to this country, I faced significant challenges at my workplace. As someone who could barely understand English, I struggled to find the support and guidance I needed regarding company benefits and policies. This experience motivated me to ensure that no bilingual employee would be left behind when I became a manager. I firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Moreover, I am a staunch advocate of delivering solutions positively. I believe that by focusing on the strategic wellbeing of employees, we can greatly enhance both output and engagement. Supporting and reviewing the needs of our team is not just a managerial duty but a path to collective success
